If rights don't exist, and there is no authority above you.

And the same applies to everyone else.

Then what is the law?

Life is a constant, unmanageable negotiation between what everyone wants and what everyone else wants.

So whose choice takes priority?

There's no way to safely legislate infinite choices of several billion people.

Who has the wisdom and impartiality to make our choices for us and not prioritise their own interests over ours.

Choices, like thoughts and feelings are the responsibility of the individual alone, and no one else can be held accountable for them, and no one can take them away from us.

As there is nothing tangible about thoughts, feelings and choices, only when someone’s choices cause harm to people or property can we objectively measure the outcome.

Instead of tying to list every subjective misdeed into law just to avoid the inconvenience, discomfort or hard work of being alive; it is safer to say:

If you're not hurting anyone, you're free to live however you like.

Thats it.

It may seem overly simple, but it covers every possible crime you can imagine.

If it's not a crime, it's none of your business.

This applies to everyone, including politicians, bankers, billionaire weirdos or deluded old men with "sovereign immunity".
