If rights don't exist, and there is no authority above you; then you're free to live however you choose and no one has the right or authority to stop you.

And the same applies to everyone else.

If we allow even one person rights and authority nobody else has; we're vulnerable to oppression, corruption and servitude.

Instead of listing every subjective misdeed into law to avoid inconvenience, discomfort or hard work; it's quicker, easier and safer to say:

Anyone preventing anyone else from living however they choose is answerable to criminal charges.

Everything else is an unavoidable consequence of being alive.

At first, it may sound flippant. But it covers every possible crime you can imagine, protects essential freedom and quashes tyrannical ambition before it even begins.
